Photopolymer Signage

Photopolymer signs are one piece polymer resin signs in which all components are integral. Characters and Braille are produced on film, which is placed on the photosensitive sheet of photopolymer and exposed to a special light source. The photopolymer is developed in an aqueous solution to create raised and recessed areas on the polymer plate. The plate is trimmed to size and decorated to the designer's specifications using the highest quality graffiti resistant, thermal-set, acrylic polyurethane finish. Our Photopolymer process offers almost limitless design possibilities and provides very fine detailed raised graphics. Custom colors and finishes provide a very high-end appearance.
